How much does Wrapt cost?
Free for one live event at a time. Wrapt Plus is $9.99 a year for unlimited live events. Wrapt Pro is $29.99 a year and adds your own Amazon tag on evergreen lists. There are no fees on gifts, ever.
Does Wrapt take a cut of the gift money?
No. Gift money goes straight from guests to the organizer, in the organizer's own payment app. The only thing Wrapt ever bills is its own plan.
Do guests pay anything?
No. Guests pay the organizer directly in Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle or cash, and never pay Wrapt. They never need an account either.
What does one live event mean?
A live event is one that is published and not archived. Drafts do not count, and neither do archived events. Archiving a finished event frees the slot for the next one.
What happens if I stop paying?
Everything you published stays live, including an evergreen list. You are back to one live event at a time until you renew, so you cannot publish a second one until you archive or come back to Plus.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. Plus and Pro are billed once a year. Families use Wrapt a handful of times a year, and the price is meant to be low enough not to be a reason to leave.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in full, if you ask within 14 days of the charge; write to support@simplywrapt.com. After that there are no partial refunds; if you cancel, the plan stays on through the year you paid for and simply does not renew.
Where do I upgrade?
Inside Wrapt, from Settings › Your plan, after signing up free. Checkout is hosted by Stripe, so no card details ever touch Wrapt's servers. Plans are bought on the website, not in the organizer app.
