FAQ
Good questions.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Secret Santa generator is free for everyone, with no limit on group size. Wrapt never takes a cut of gift money and never charges participants.
Do people need an account?
No. Participants open their email, see who they drew, and add wishlist ideas from a private link. Only the organizer creates an account, and only when it's time to send.
Can I stop couples drawing each other?
Yes. Add a rule for any two people and neither will draw the other. If your rules make a draw impossible, Wrapt tells you who is stuck instead of sending half a group.
Will anyone see who drew whom?
No. Each person sees only their own match. The organizer can't see the pairings either unless they choose to reveal them, and the shared wishlist board never shows who claimed what.
What if someone can't take part after all?
Reply to the email and the organizer can redraw before sending, or manage it from their Wrapt dashboard afterwards.
