For room parents and team parents
One class gift the teacher actually wants.
Twenty-five families, one link. Everyone chips in what they can toward a gift worth giving, and you never have to send a reminder text.
Free for one live event at a time.
How it works
Three steps, about five minutes.
1
Add the gift and a goal
One bigger gift, a few classroom or team supplies, a gift card anyone can top up. Mark the one that matters most.
2
Share one link with the families
Paste it in the class chat or the team email. Families pick how to give; no account, no app.
3
Watch it come together
See what's covered and whose payment has arrived, then keep a simple list of thank-yous.
A short guide
A few things that make a class gift go well
Pool first, then shop. Twenty-five families each spending $10 gets a teacher twenty-five mugs; the same money pooled gets one thing they wanted. Suggest $10 to $20 a family and say plainly that any amount, or none, is fine.
Ask before you guess. Most teachers and coaches will happily tell you a coffee order, a classroom wish or a size. They can add ideas to their own list from a private link, and they never see who gave what.
Give yourself two weeks: one to collect, one to buy and wrap. The card should come from the whole class or team, not from the families who gave the most.
Questions
Good to know.
- Do families need an account?
- No. Guests open the link and give in a minute, with no account and nothing to download.
- Where does the money go?
- Straight to you. Guests pay you directly in Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle or cash. Wrapt keeps track of who gave what; it never holds the money and never takes a cut.
- What if some families can't give?
- Nothing shows who did or didn't. Guests see the total, never a list of amounts, and you can add a note saying a signature on the card is plenty.
- What does it cost?
- It is free for one live event at a time, with unlimited gifts and guests. Wrapt Plus is $9.99 a year for unlimited live events. There are no fees on gifts, ever.
